Here's the dreaded but "5min Pulls" route. It's not difficult or especially esthetic or smooth or even easy to follow. It is open and mostly free of traffic in much of the westbound sections though. This makes it good for the 5 min pulls workout (groups of 3-5, trade pulls for 5 min @ 90-105% FTP). It's also quick to dry in winter. 55-60 Miles
